A Guide to Stress-Free Life

Being ready for classes and tests doesn’t mean studying every second and turning into a tired homework zombie. You can do well and still chill if you plan effectively!
You can keep track of everything—homework, projects, test dates, etc. Use your calendar, any app, or agenda. When you know what’s coming, you won’t panic the night before a test! Below are my suggestions.
Break up work into smaller tasks. Instead of setting unrealistic goals like “I’ll study for 10 hours today,” try doing just 20 to 30 minutes, take a short break, like playing your video games, then continue. If you have problems that you are struggling with, this is an even better idea—really, taking a break helps you to calm down and be able to think more effectively afterwards!
Find a quiet place where your brain doesn’t get distracted by anything. Review Canvas if you feel like you didn’t understand something or need a refresher. You don’t want to wait until the night before a test and realize that you have to cram everything in one night and not be able to sleep until six o'clock in the morning!
Free time is not a crime—it's important. However, remember to plan out your work and reach your goals for the day, and then you can go play your video games or watch some TV dramas!
You are still a child, and you can complete your work stress-free and have fun!
